Using Our Store

Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information, and keep any account login details secure. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use it for unlawful activities.

Product Information

We sell home and holiday décor, gifts, DIY kits, and collectible keepsakes. Please read the product description, dimensions, materials, included components, and care or safety instructions before ordering. Images illustrate the product; colors can appear different across screens, and minor variations may occur. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

DIY Kits & Decorative Items

Check each listing to see whether an item is a finished decoration or a kit requiring assembly, and which tools or materials are included. Follow the supplied instructions and age guidance. Small components and decorative items are not toys unless the listing expressly states otherwise; keep small parts away from young children. Never use a product in a way that conflicts with its safety instructions.

Commemorative Coins & Keepsakes

Unless a listing expressly states and substantiates otherwise, our commemorative coins are privately designed decorative collectibles, not legal tender, not government-issued currency, and not investment products. No resale value or future appreciation is guaranteed. Refer to the listing for materials, plating, dimensions, and packaging; a gold- or silver-colored finish does not by itself mean solid precious metal. A themed design does not imply official endorsement or affiliation.

Prices, Payments & Orders

The selected currency, product prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are shown during checkout. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges. Review your order before payment. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; fulfillment is subject to payment verification and availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled items as required.

Errors & Availability

We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors. If a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you with the correction and available options, including cancellation and a refund for unfulfilled goods where applicable. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Shipping, Changes & Returns

Processing and estimated transit times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Request order changes or cancellation promptly; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. Return eligibility and refund procedures are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Applicable mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting store terms.

Content & Intellectual Property

Store content may be used to browse and shop. Reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Do not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. If you believe a product or page infringes your rights, email the relevant URL, a description of your claim, and supporting information so we can review it.

Third-Party Services & Privacy

Our store is hosted on SHOPLINE and may use payment, shipping, and other service providers. Their services and external websites may have separate terms and privacy notices. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with this store.

Responsibility & Consumer Protections

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but technical interruptions can occur. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Updates & Questions
