What can I find at Suposet?

Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest where that option is available. Use an email address you can access so you receive order and delivery updates.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing normally takes up to 3 business days after payment confirmation, with dispatch on the following business day. Any different product-specific estimate will be shown on the listing.
How long does delivery take?
- United States: approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Other supported destinations: approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Processing time is additional. These transit times are estimates and can be affected by customs, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges, available destinations, and applicable free-shipping offers are shown at checkout. Taxes or import charges may depend on the destination.
How do I track an order?
We email tracking information after dispatch when available. If tracking has not updated or delivery is outside the estimated window, contact us so we can help investigate.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us promptly with your order number and request. We will try to help before processing or dispatch, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.
What if a DIY kit is missing pieces?
Send your order number, the kit name, and photos showing the contents and missing or damaged component. We will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution. Keep the packaging until the matter is resolved.
Are commemorative coins spendable currency?
Unless a listing expressly states and substantiates otherwise, they are privately designed decorative collectibles, not legal tender or government-issued currency. They are not investment products and no resale value is guaranteed. Refer to the listing for materials and dimensions.
How do I return an item?
Contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a change-of-mind return. Items should be like-new, complete, and in their original packaging. Wait for our return instructions before posting. See the Return & Refund Policy for details; your statutory rights are unaffected.
What if an item is damaged, wrong, or missing?
Contact us as soon as you notice the issue and include your order number and helpful photos. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement, missing-part solution, or refund.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment options and currency available for your order are displayed at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion charges.
When will a refund appear?
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We will email confirmation; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
